Strategic Partnership between Environmental Monitoring National Headquarters and ECO PLANET on minting Donation NFT confined to the 31st World Miss University Contest.
- Signed a Strategic Partnership agreement with ECO PLANET on minting and selling various NFTs confined to the 31st World Miss University Contest with the participation of 108 global countries.
- ECO NFT platform being developed and operated by ECO PLANET will open market place for the World Miss University NFTs, also it is planned to list NFT collection on the top Global Exchanges’ NFT platforms.
- Ownership of NFTs provides various donations and environmental volunteering opportunities together with the World Miss University.
On September 6, 2022, the Environmental Monitoring National Headquarters and ECO PLANET announced about signed Strategic Partnership for minting and sale of the World Miss University NFTs.
World Miss University is an international contest founded by the United Nations in 1986 with the aim to select the World University Student Evaluation Volunteer Delegation. The first Contest was held in Korea in 1986.
Starting with the Opening ceremony on September 21, 2022, and running till December 21, the theme of the contest has been confirmed as “Peace, Environment, and Economy” by admitting the “ESG” beyond the theme of peace.
The 31st Contest will be held in Korea, and the Chairman of the Environmental Monitoring National Headquarters Lee Sang-Gwon has been appointed as the Chairman of the committee.
Environmental Monitoring National Movement Headquarters is a leading event organizer, and Any Chat Co., Ltd., and U&I Holdings were selected as co-organizers.
The participants of the Contest from all around the world will start the activities in their home countries on September 21st, and will visit Korea from November 28th to December 23rd to conduct peace and environmental protection activities.
ECO NFT platform being developed by ECO PLANET is backed by high-grade blockchain technologies enabling the project to provide services on Global Arena. ECO NFT platform is a marketplace for various digital contents, games, photos, music NFTs, as well as eco-friendly renewable energy NFTs. The project attracted wide attention due to listing its governance token ESG (ERC-20) on TOP cryptocurrency exchanges such as ‘Gate.io’ and Latoken.
The 1st series of Donation NFTs will be minted and listed for sale according to the “tree planting relay” pool system conducted by the Environmental Monitoring National Headquarters. The promotion will be held by the World Miss University Contest Participants. Extra points are granted for the environmental protection activities according to the number of donated trees. The donation trees with participant name tags will be planted in Goseong, Gangwon-do, and Mongolia.
A Series of Donation NFTs will be minted and listed for sale, including Tree Planting Relay NFT, NFT granting participation right in the environmental protection activities with World Miss University, NFT granting access to contest, and others. Also, it is planned to mint start the sale of contest participants' NFTs.
It is worth mentioning that, various benefits will be provided for NFT holders. NFTs will be listed on the ECO NFT Platform and can be purchased for ESG tokens. Aiming to maximize the coverage, NFT collections will also be listed on other NFT marketplaces of the TOP-rated Exchanges.
