Suspension of the SWAP for STONE_ESG

Due to the update of the white paper and token economy for ESG ERC-20, the tokens operated by the Project foundation were moved from the general wallet to the smart contract (for locking up). With the aim to promote sustainable development of the ESG ecosystem, the SWAP for STONE_ESG is suspended.
